Coach Blair Green - Known simply as "Coach Blair," Blair Green brings a proven record of athlete development, championship success, and performance excellence to the track.

A Philadelphia native, Coach Blair spent nearly a decade helping build one of Philadelphia's premier youth track programs. From 2011 to 2019, he served as an assistant coach and later head coach with Athletes Academy under the leadership of Kenroy Wallace. During that time, the program captured multiple national relay championships, including five AAU national titles in the 4x800-meter relay, along with national championships in the 4x400-meter and 4x100-meter relays. Athletes under their guidance earned more than 100 AAU Junior Olympic and AAU Club Championship All-American honors.

Coach Blair later reunited with Kenroy Wallace at St. Joseph's Preparatory School, where he was an Assistant Coach, helping athletes develop into individual state champions, finalists, and New Balance All-Americans. During his tenure, St. Joseph's Preparatory School won the boys' indoor track and field state team championships in 2018 and 2020. A career highlight also came in 2018, when the school captured the New Balance Indoor National Championship in the 4x400-meter relay. That same year, his son, Miles Green, won the New Balance Outdoor National Championship in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 51.07.

In 2020, Coach Blair moved to Greensboro, North Carolina, with his wife. After relocating, he joined Coach Vernon Hall and the Greensboro Blazers, helping the program grow into one of the area's most competitive youth track organizations while producing Junior Olympic qualifiers and All-Americans. He later followed Coach Hall to Page High School as the sprints and hurdles coach, where the staff has helped rewrite the school's record books, setting 27 school records and developing conference, regional, and state champions, as well as High School All-Americans.

Coach Blair's coaching philosophy is rooted in discipline, accountability, consistency, and hard work. He believes success is earned through preparation, commitment, and a relentless pursuit of improvement. His goal is to develop athletes who not only compete at their highest level but also build the character, confidence, and resilience needed to succeed in life beyond the track.

Coach Vernon Hall is a Rochester, New York native who has been passionate about track and field since his high school days. A former 400-meter specialist, he competed in the open 400 meters, 400-meter hurdles, and 4x400-meter relay throughout high school and college. Those experiences helped shape the athlete-centered coaching philosophy he brings to the sport today.

From 2021 to 2026, Coach Hall served as Head Coach of the Greensboro Blazers, where he oversaw tremendous growth and success. Under his leadership, the program expanded from 25 athletes to more than 80 athletes. During that time, the Blazers produced multiple AAU Champions, numerous AAU Junior Olympic National qualifiers, and several All-American athletes.

Coach Hall is currently in his second stint with the Page High School Track & Field program. He first served as an assistant coach from 2006 to 2012 before returning in 2023 as Head Coach. Since his return, the coaching staff has helped rewrite the school's record books, resetting 27 school records while developing conference champions, regional champions, state champions, and High School All-Americans.

Coach Hall believes in a true "blue-collar" work ethic. His coaching philosophy is built on the belief that success is earned through discipline, consistency, and hard work. He challenges athletes to develop mental toughness, embrace the physical demands of the sport, and trust the process. Most importantly, he teaches athletes to believe in themselves and pursue goals that others may think are impossible.
